Case Study | Radio Solution for Woodside Petroleum

The system incorporates both HF and VHF elements to provide local and long range communications back to the company headquarters in Tripoli. Woodside Petroleum is Australia’s largest oil company and has acquired licenses to explore for oil in the southern Sahara desert. BCL were contracted to design and implement a radio communications system that could be easily deployed and then removed and re installed at other locations. Using our local support facilities in Libya BCL were able to provide rapid support and maintenance to the radio users.
