Case Study | UHF Radio Network for Product Launch

For the launch of the new Range Rover Sport in Monaco, Brabourne were tasked with deploying a principality wide UHF radio system. The radio network was to be used to cover the whole of Monaco as well as Nice and surrounding areas. The system comprised a series of UHF repeaters located at suitable sites within the principality. As the radio users were completely unfamiliar with radio a full training programme was devised and delivered to 40 staff before departing the UK.

Understanding our clients’ needs

In addition BCL negotiated with the Monaco and French authorities to ensure that licensed frequencies were available le for the project and that suitable agreements were in place to allow for repeater installations. This system utilized a number of services offered by BCL including International Licensing, Propagation surveys, equipment supply, installation and training.
